How to contact the shipper in Canada
They have the package like 4 days and no feedback on when it will be shipped to America and I’ve already paid for shipping

I was nervous about using a mail forwarding service, but an item I really wanted was only available in the UK. I signed up for an account with Reship and they walked me through every step. The app is very organized and user friendly as well. My favorite part however, was how quick the entire process was! I assumed it would take longer and be more expensive, but by the end of the week I’ll receive my item and couldn’t be happier. 5 STARS!!!!

AVOID RESHIP AT ALL COSTS
I saw a lot of one star reviews but didnt see any full text reviews. I just thought it would be app bugs that caused the one star review (there are some, but the actual services are far more deserving).
I had a few issues with Reship. They set up my account with two suites, and parcels ended up not showing up on my account. Once the 7 day free storage ended, they contacted me saying they’ll charge me a full dollar a day per parcel! That’s far more than any other storage fee for the multiple other parcel forwarding companies ive used. Additionally, 7 days is also the fewest days Ive ever had. Anyways, the problem was I couldnt even send off the parcel because they werent showing up. I contacted CS and they said that theyd fix the issue (after going back and forth wondering what was going on), but said they couldnt refund me despite the issue being on their end. I was forced to subscribe to GOLD membership.
The main reason I came on here to give my review was the insane hidden fees they quote you. They charge consolidation fees per parcel which is normal; but they also charge you 5$ for the packaging they repack it in. Are they going to use the smallest packaging available either? No! They use a box far bigger than necessary. Not only that, but it costed them an additional 21$ just to receive three parcels, ON TOP of the shipping cost. I was meant to pay 28.99$ but thanks to the “extras” i had to pay almost 70$. This is the worst service ever

amazing service, good app that lets you track progress, everything is well done and so far they have not lost a single package of mine (knock on wood)

Can’t track shipments
When clicking a shipment, no details are shown, just a blue screen. Makes the app pretty useless!

App crashes when declaring the value of the item. The app support function doesn’t work so can’t report it.

Couldn’t fill in customs information without it crashing immediately as soon as I began to type in a declaration value. Every single time I tried. Deleted and use the website instead.

Reliable Service
I’m a new member but have had 3 separate shipments that have all reached my home with no problems. It seems like most of the bad reviews are not coming from actual customers but from people shipping private sale items thru reship and then not being able to collect funds from their buyers. This is not reships fault! Funds should be collected prior to shipment. Easy fix for yall. Anyway, my experience has been nothing but positive. I was nervous with my first two shipments reading the bad reviews but after very quick turnarounds on each and 100% transparency thru the app I would not hesitate to use them for future purchases.

I can’t even manage to make an account. It asks me to input a valid phone number and even though I am I doesn’t let me continue. All country settings are correct.

This is my first time ordering to have something reship to the US from the UK and I didn’t face any issues!
It’s pretty simple, just create an account and they automatically give you your three separate addresses (UK, US, and CAD) then place an order on whatever website you want.
Depending on where the website is from you add either a UK, US, or CAD address that Reship provides for you.
Wait a few days for it to arrive to the UK, US, or CAD warehouse (In this case I bought from a UK website so I waited a few days for it to arrive to the UK warehouse) they sent pictures so I could confirm that it’s the Item that I ordered.
From there I chose the shipping speed that I wanted and paid the price for it (I chose the cheapest option which was $35) they provided a tracking number and a few weeks later the item arrived! Very happy with my experience :)

They stole my items
I ordered a couple of items that was delivered and signed for at their warehouse in Canada. I reached out to customer service a week later because nothing showed up on my account and they said that they never received it. After a quick google search, I’m not the only one who never received their items. Most sites that have reviews of this place show less than 50% satisfaction. Don’t be like me, do a quick search and you’ll find many other similar services with much better reviews.

Worked perfectly to the US!!
Ordered from Adidas UK because they don’t ship to US and I needed items not offered in the US. Got free shipping to Reship. They opened and sent pictures. I chose the shipping speed and had the package here in the US a few days later. Very pleased and will use again.
Ok app better than browser
The app is Ok the customer service chat box isn’t the best as they ask for details on screens you can no longer view due to the live chat box being up seems a poor choice.
