Think it ridiculous that we had to pay a rent fee to pay rent

I keep getting logged out when I didn’t do it and I keep having to reenter my password etc. it’s not working correctly

$5 fee to pay rent
Why am I paying an extra $5/mo to pay my rent?? There are fees to pay rent whether I’m paying via credit card or bank account. This is robbery.

Horrible way to keep in contact with management. You don’t know who your truly talking to and easy for management to manipulate any prepayments
Signed me out
Won’t let me sign back in at all not sure what happened but I use this app to pay my bills or create maintenance requests
Worthless App
Perhaps it’s just this app’s ability to distance my landlord from the issues I bring to his attention, or the fact that it keeps logging me out (and preventing me from logging back in)… overall a worthless piece of technology.
Resetting Password
Every year my HOA has to send a password reset link. Your system should at least recognize our email accounts and allow the residents to reset on their own.
Payment Transaction
I have had a 2nd occurrence of a received payment being failed. I currently have the right amount of money to pay for the Rent. Noticing the transaction doesn’t it immediately on the current day. It takes up to 2-3 days for the transition to be final, which can be an inconvenience for some people and especially if you have other payments in order. There NEEDS to be an immediate transition success of the current day.

My landlord illegally makes me use this app with all its fees and different late fees than in lease.

I am very much a fan of being able to automate half of my rent every two weeks.

The autopay is not working it’s a problem because I pay 100$ extra
