They are threatening to kick me out,steal my home as I’m trying hard to meet their needs .I have money to send but U can’t even get into their or your website.They keep saying to see you email but no emails at all.

Doesn’t allow multi line messaging to landlord
I can’t send messages beyond one line to the owner / agent through the iOS app and have to use text instead - so it’s a useless tool for communication

Billing doesn’t include the balance next the charge/payment. Make it a pain to review the charges to make sure you aren’t over billed.
Predatory financial traps targeting renters
This app is masquerading as a simple tenant portal, but it's actually filled with predatory financial traps. Instead of just letting me pay my rent, the app uses aggressive pop-ups to push expensive, bundled renters insurance and high-fee "Rent Now, Pay Later" installment loans (via Livble) that act like triple-digit APR payday loans.
To make matters worse, they make these paid add-ons look mandatory to trick stressed tenants into signing up. It’s incredibly predatory to treat a basic human need like housing as an opportunity to squeeze extra fees out of people who are already struggling. I am forced to use this app by my landlord, but I will only use it for basic maintenance and fee-free ACH transfers. Do not buy their insurance or use their split-rent features—shop around and protect your wallet.

App is only good for paying rent
Besides paying rent, the app is pretty much useless. You put in request for maintenance, & will maybe get something fixed,but most of the time not. I have a hole in my wall that’s actually splitting from the house because the windows are rotting from the outside. I put in a request over a year ago, and still no response. I waited almost 2 years for my outlets to be changed, because I have one that works in my living room, so all electrical is going through one outlet, which is not safe, and ended up paying out of my own pocket almost $600 to have them fixed. But like I said, it’s good for paying rent.

Every time I need to sign in the system requires me to create a new password. Although I have it saved and my Face ID should allow me immediate access to the site. I’m always having issues with signing in my account. It’s frustrating
