Won’t let me sign back in at all not sure what happened but I use this app to pay my bills or create maintenance requests
Worthless App
Perhaps it’s just this app’s ability to distance my landlord from the issues I bring to his attention, or the fact that it keeps logging me out (and preventing me from logging back in)… overall a worthless piece of technology.
Resetting Password
Every year my HOA has to send a password reset link. Your system should at least recognize our email accounts and allow the residents to reset on their own.
Payment Transaction
I have had a 2nd occurrence of a received payment being failed. I currently have the right amount of money to pay for the Rent. Noticing the transaction doesn’t it immediately on the current day. It takes up to 2-3 days for the transition to be final, which can be an inconvenience for some people and especially if you have other payments in order. There NEEDS to be an immediate transition success of the current day.

My landlord illegally makes me use this app with all its fees and different late fees than in lease.
Bi weekly auto pay
I am very much a fan of being able to automate half of my rent every two weeks.
Bad experience in autopay
The autopay is not working it’s a problem because I pay 100$ extra

To pay 31$ to process a debit card is the worst thing I ever seen or heard. It’s like y’all draining ur customers in these hard times

This is impersonal and no way to contact someone for in the middle of night emergencies.
Missing payment
Tried to pay my rent today and the “make a payment” option as well as the “set up autopay” option have both completely disappeared. I’ve even tried signing in online and on a different phone and the options still don’t exist. It’s as if the button to pay rent has completely disappeared. I’m lucky my landlord is understanding or I’d be screwed right now.

It will not allow me to add my bank account so I have to use my debit card instead and it charges me interest

Not too bad so far
It only charges $1.25 if you add your bank info. But if you use a credit card it is quite a bit more - the fee they charge to process. It’s like 32.99 for $1100 payment if you use credit card.

charging a handling fee and processing fee is INSANE.
Payment Issues
If you ever wanted to pay more for your rent this is the perfect app to do so. Whether you copy and paste your bank information or get it from your bank, they for some reason will not take it to force you to pay an extra 3%.
