Absolute nightmare
I’m fed up trying to register in your app. It’s not showing the space to provide my date of birth. I tried and tried. Absolutely frustrating.
Poor user interface
Very difficult to register or navigate on mobile phone. The “cancel or continue “ comes and stays above where you should be entering your customer id.
I had trouble inputing my date of birth. I tried a few times, fed up, not wasting my time any more. Overall poor. Sorry guys.

Figures are not accurate
The app will not update with the correct amount efficiently or in a timely

Ipad Display error
Only displays in portrait on ipad and only displays 2/3 of the screen. (Yes I had screen lock off). Displays okay on iphone.
What about vehicle finance???
The app is for home finance not vehicles??????
Internal transfer issue
I cant believe the 20k limit is applied to internal transfers also! No other banks or platform ever had this restriction
Worse banking app I’ve used
New to Resimac having previously used Commbank and St George for personal banking and home loans. Without doubt far inferior app compared to those. The interface and functionality needs some serious work. Seems to drop out quite regularly too while you’re using it.

When I need you, I just get auto reply about the high volume you’re experiencing again and again
Impossible to set up on an iPhone
Tried numerous times to set up, but can’t get past entering my customer ID. The two buttons at the bottom hide part of the screen and it won’t scroll up.
App is not that good.
App is lagging and it is also jumbled seating names is under log out. I hope it improves. Have had better apps for loans.
