Worst app
Every time you login it says the password is incorrect and failed to login. Only through browser you can check your balances.
App and Features Need Overhaul
The user interface is outdated and not intuitive at all.
It still kinda does everything but just worse.
No Osko payments sent or received in April 2026 is like being sent back to the Stone Age. Coming from the UP Money app to this is a downgrade I wasn’t ready for.

Worst app ever
It’s forever locking me out. I don’t understand why it’s so hard. You need to have the eye symbol to check if what is entered correctly. And the password reset is so poorly made
Weak app
Terrible app that doesn’t launch half the time. UI worse than a spreadsheet. Cumbersome design.
Don’t bother
Constantly logs you out, doesn’t allow keychain access so you have to bounce between your password app and this app, copying and pasting details.
Neither portal has 2FA which is concerning given FirstMac has been hacked before.
This is really one of the laziest examples of a banking application I’ve ever seen.
Just don’t bother. Logon to their internet banking via browser, at least the browser will allow you to autofill your login details.
