You will get call after trying this app
I just browsing and trying compare the differences between this app and other platforms such as domain and real estate for some properties valuation. I suddenly received a call from this app. She said she is from Aussie Homeloan and asking me about refinancing and ask why I use this app and try to sell me home loan. It is breach privacy when it is just used for an app log in purpose.

What’s the point?
The app won’t recognize my address so what’s the point of the app? I have lived here for 11 months, it shows my neighbors address but not mine.

Marketing Data Sold straight away
A very well made easy to use insightful app but beware real estate agents will start contacting you as soon as you sign up for it. Got a text immediately after signing up from local real estate. Would avoid if you don’t want to be pestered by them. Devs should ask permission to share data like contact details. Not impressed with no permissions mentioned clearly.

Aussie are selling your data
I clicked on the investment tab for my property tracker in the app out of interest, and within 48 hours I had received a marketing call and messages from real estate agents telling me that they could see I had investment property and offering a valuation service.
If you want to give away your data to the highest bidder then go ahead and use this app.
