Just updated because I had to and the help screen just freezes and you can’t press anything 😬

Due to procrastination of processing my claim for internal damages after a storm event, failure to repair and warrant repairs, assessment of damage claiming pre-existing when I know it wasn’t , delay tactics and persistently setting unreasonably high and difficult conditions on my claim
Encourages running red lights
I don’t like the way the app encourages drivers to run red lights (if you decelerate too much if the light changes you get marked down for driver rewards). I find this very unsafe.
Personal information
Requires both email and mobile phone number. Never, ever give both to a company…NEVER. They do not protect this information. Should only ever ask for one or the other, never both. Beware!
