Useless App

Claims to help process returns faster but in reality. Totally the opposite. Says returns processed in 10 “ working days” but months later ( 2 months +) still waiting. No updates no follow ups And ato doesn’t answer phone calls to respond to queries either. Doing thru tax agents takes 2 weeks. This app is useless
