App won’t load
I open the app and it just has a loading circle. It is up to date. Can’t see my super balance, thanks
Terrible app
Cannot sign in, requiring a form of security I’ve never even heard of before. Honestly thinking of switching super, shouldn’t be this hard being able to view my own funds
Rest app
Absolutely useless app, it signed me out and I can’t access the app anymore. I have tried a myriad of ways to reset my password but it doesn’t accept the new password and I get locked out. I much prefer the old app.
Still can’t use it 2026
Hesitant to use passkeys but it’s a great app. Tried to setup Authenticator in iOS and no luck, rest app would work with it. Relunctantly signed in to Google Chrome, setup passkeys, added a passkey.
Tried to login and got an error “Unable to meet the authentication requirements imposed by acr_values parameter.” REST, I don’t know what values you set or why it doesn’t work but if you value your members you’ll get this fixed and expand your troubleshooting faq’s!!

“PASSKEY BARRIER”
App worked fine for years on my iPhone, quick & easy to see super and balance. Now the app upgraded security features, there’s no way to bypass the “add a passkey” option. The app says to “log into your chrome” and then nothing. Cannot use the app to login anymore. Many users have made complaints. Still no fix. I understand upgrading security, but this is a technical issue on RESTS side. Would gladly add Face ID if possible. All my other apps use it. Please hurry up and fix the issue!
