Absolute Garbage
The audacity of this organisation to stop us from logging into our account. The app is absolute garbage. I can’t log in from the app. I don’t even know where the money is. Called them, they can’t help us or give us any info. I am leaving this super ASAP, and you should too. I can’t believe I am with them for the last 17 years. Disgusting.

Won’t let me login without forcing me to make a passkey. I’m not going to make one. Perhaps I need to join a super that I can access without this hassle

I can’t reverify
I wanted to make a contribution and the app now needs me to reverify and I CANT. I don’t have to option to even allow this to use Face ID I don’t under what’s going on with this app after the upgrade for more security. And I think it’s dumb on the website you can’t do contribution by bank transfer or direct debit. Only BPAY??? I don’t want to deal with BPAY even commsec doesn’t do bpay anymore
