Claim history cant be found
I was emailed informing me that I can see my claims history in my policy section. I’ve looked everywhere and it’s not there
Disappointed
I have been a happy member for a very long time - but I have an apple 8 (as need the button on it) and can not update to IOS 17. All other apps work, I do not need extra abilities above the previous app version.
So now I can not be aware of the due date for policies let alone pay them from my phone.
NRMA “help” and provide a simple app without excessive bells & whistles for those of the NRMA community who are low tech and do not embrace change - please.
