Look, we all know insurance companies are like banks. They pretend they’re only here for us but their sole purpose is to generate profits. Fair enough. Still, NRMA are pretty good to deal with. Claim history cant be found
I was emailed informing me that I can see my claims history in my policy section. I’ve looked everywhere and it’s not there
Disappointed
I have been a happy member for a very long time - but I have an apple 8 (as need the button on it) and can not update to IOS 17. All other apps work, I do not need extra abilities above the previous app version.
So now I can not be aware of the due date for policies let alone pay them from my phone.
NRMA “help” and provide a simple app without excessive bells & whistles for those of the NRMA community who are low tech and do not embrace change - please.

Update policy
Every time I tried to update my policy there was an error

You would think that as we pay so much to stay insured NRMA would appreciate the fact not all of us can update our hardware and older versions of devices to receive updates too.
New updated App
Not happy at all as I now cannot view anything on my mobile as of the new app update. I try to update but not happening. As I have iPhone 8plus guess it dosent work. I have been with NRMA many many years I’m now so disappointed. 😡😡😡

Sev was excellent to deal with. I had a revised price on my policy and the revised lay up cover saved me $399. The call was completed within 10 minutes

Excellent help on the phone. Agent reduced the cost by $400. The cost of living at the moment is crazy, so every little bit of savings helps.
Average and getting worse
As NRMA’s service continues to degrade so does it app. Slow, too many authentications and then it doesn’t provide the functionality it should. Sad !

Not happy that the cost of insuring a $31,000 car costs $3,500 year to insure - with a $900 excess!!! Disgraceful after being with the NRMA for 40 years.
No fuss no bother

Completely non-functional. No way to log in. You enter your details, it sends you an email code, you enter the code, then nothing. Repeat.
