This app freezes constantly upon logging in. Very rarely does it ever work.
App freezing up. User work around
Same problem - Trying to update and renew policies. App froze every time I tapped on one of my listed policies.
Gained access to update and renew function by first tapping the ‘Update Policy’ icon at top left of opening screen.
Icons at top of opening screen seem to work so long as you don’t tap on one of the policies listed below then screen freezes up again.
Not an encouraging start to use of App.

Frozen screen disaster
I have to agree with others who have reported problems with this app that render it unusable.
I have several vehicles insured as well as home insurance. Each is listed in n the app but as soon as I try to access any info the screen freezes. I have reported this both via the website and on the phone and been told to delete the app and reload it. Each time I have done this I encounter the same frozen screen disaster.
Please offer another solution. This is very frustrating, time consuming and the issue remains unresolved. I might have to take my business elsewhere because I can’t conduct my business through this app.

Missing financial history
I wish I could review my previous payment history in the app
Won’t update version
Told app needs updating, clicked see update. Taken to App Store, clicked on Open, then it just loops. Tried many times. Who’s asleep at the wheel?
