I’m on iPhone 16e, and the download initiates but freezes before completing the install process

For small repair they are taking 2 months process don’t deal with this insurance don’t waste the time I don’t know Australian government what’s doing

GIO is becoming garbage
Incredibly frustrating trying to communicate with GIO about a claim. The chat in this app always cuts off mid-conversation. Back to the phone and waiting 30 minutes on hold.
