Bring back the Citi Bank App
The login for this app is terrible.
EVERY time I want to log in it takes four attempts.
I get; password incorrect error, logs me in then logs me out immediately, password incorrect error, then on the 4th attempt I will get in. Without fail, every time I want to use the app this is the process.
When you migrate to a new platform you would think it would be at least on par.
I didn’t think making apps was hard these days, but you are seemingly doing your best because I see no patches fixing this.

App Crashing
The app continues to crash. You login, the it logs you out straight away advising it’s logged you out for your security.
I’m not sure how I’m supposed to read my statements etc.
NAB/MyCard have stripped everything good away from what was a really great CitiBank product.

Glitches even with updates.
Terrible app
I have to call to dispute a transaction of $9 after going through so many people asking for more information which is fine, but the questions are like what’s the latest transaction from my bank statement from which specific date to know it was me. Also, you can’t have a temporary card number to use online. Go for other bankz

Login error
Without fail, every time I log in it immediately logs me out and I have to login again. Biometrics also rarely work.
