Not a fan.

I don’t like how they’ve set up transferring between your own accounts. ALWAYS logging me completely out. Worst customer service. I haven’t been sent a new card since 2024 despite numerous calls..

Buggy

Whenever I try to do things on the app it always tells me there’s an issue and to try again later. It’s so frustrating. Having just moved to Suncorp from a different bank with a better app that works, I’m considering moving banks again

I just can’t seem to work this ridiculous app ! It’s so secure it won’t let me make a large payment to pay someone for work I had done !!! I’m so annoyed! Do not use this app
