Could be more consistent
When visiting certain pages of the app, I’d expect to have a menu at the bottom every time so I can revisit different areas without having to press the back button more than once to re enter. For example, card management- when in this area, you have to either enter menu to reset dashboard, or log out. If there was a base menu, I could go straight into dashboard with fewer taps.

I’ve been a member of the Beyond Bank for many years and I’ve never been experiencing any problems with them. Their service is highly professional and courteous and when you call them for some help they will answer the phone very quickly and they will fix your problem if it’s not a complicated process right away. Otherwise, it’s all good as soon as possible.. Give it a go.. You will not be disappointed with your decision.
