Can not send secure code when u add payee.

I’m very concerned about this app, it took me HOURS to set up with one error after another during set up and not clear instructions. It would say “cancelled “ randomly, tell me my codes are not correct then end up accepting them anyway. Not a great amount of confidence for something to help manage my finances.

Face ID Login problems
Whenever I try and login with Face ID, it just keeps resetting and it takes me about 30 seconds to login each time I open the app which is VERY inconvenient when I need to transfer money quickly
Basics work, rest unreliable
The app is now practically the only way to address any issue with my account, including suspect transfers, but the chat bot functions poorly and usually can’t resolve issues, then there is a long call wait. Also you can’t have the same residential and mailing address? Now that’s a silly bug.
Terrible bank
Worst customer service and app takes you to website which tells you to use the app and just a big loop so they don’t have to pay a human to talk to anyone.
