Forced use of quick balance
I don’t want to use quick balance. Stop trying to force it on users.
Keyboard problem
Since the latest iOS iPad update, the virtual number pad doesn’t display when making a quick transfer. That makes it impossible to use the app for banking. iPhone still seems to work though.
won’t even open
the amount of times this app crashes in insane! i’ve been trying to get into it and all it does is load, it says face id unavailable but won’t open when i put my security code in either! ridiculous
awful
bank sa is by far the worst bank you could ever choose to be with. they will hold your money for 2 days every time you get transferred a large sum. meaning you’ll get paid later than every other person in your workplace. they regularly shut down mobile banking for maintenance- so you won’t be able to use the app at all for 24 hours completely randomly! and they decided to remove to only useful feature: careless cash! doesn’t exist anymore with bank sa. absolutely ridiculous. change banks, for your own sake 🙏🏻

Login painful
Every time I try to use this app, it asks me to login, even though every time I log in, I set up quick login.
Then it almost always won’t accept my credentials but, if I go to the desktop and log in with those same credentials, they do work.
I’m so glad I only have a loan account with this bank and don’t have to use it for all my financial transactions.
