Need to delete and reinstall app
The app seems to have trouble syncing between devices. I’m getting an “incorrect pin” message despite resetting it multiple times. The workaround is to delete the app from my phone and change password and pin again. This has happened on two seperate occasions now and would seem something that can be fixed on the app side rather than blaming it on my devices!

Love the recent update but room for improvement
Savings goals being added to the app is something I’ve been waiting for. Would be great to have a dark mode option and payment notifications for when money is credited/debited to account.
Unreliable
Unfortunately this app is very unreliable, numerous outages and when it’s recommended to use the the website it locks you out.
Poor management
Been with MyState for 8 years. Sick of system updates on Saturday nights, won’t let me into the app when I need to move money to buy things even on just the odd occasion, putting me in awkward situations. Seriously considering moving banks
Issue with character limits and account verification
The app is much improved. The account verification on new payments is great but with one problem. The character limit is too short to put in a full business name so in the verification process it doesn’t match up and warnings pop up. What would be very useful is if there was an option to adopt the correct name because the character limit doesn’t allow you to put in the full name, and when the message comes up that I could lose my funds if it wasn’t correct I’ve then abandoned the process and phoned the business instead.
