I’ve been a customer of Suncorp for over 20 years I pleaded with them to lower my interest rate from 8.25% they were offering new customers a rate 2% lower than that they wouldn’t even budge until I switched over to Bendigo who I am grateful for even now my interest rate sits at 5.99% after increasing the amount of money they stole from me im more pist off with myself for not leaving sooner

Great app. Simple and easy to navigate, but sometimes celebrating with friends and family it’s a bit too easy… if you know what I mean 😅

Some clunky things in recent app
App generally works ok. Can’t delete previously installed payees so my list of saved accounts is ridiculously long cos I can’t delete these in the app. And the payment for credit card takes too long to clear so you can max out cards and accounts easily as the payments are not immediate. Also, the new app continues to tell me that peoples account details don’t match in eft payments. Which is disconcerting and yet they are right!

i recently got a new phone and as i was trying to login it kept say invalid credentials and no matter how many times i changed passwords, rechecking my ID number and redownloading the app it never worked.
Worst bank ever
I opened an account to use as my small side business account. I deposited $2000 into the account and then to buy some materials I tried transferring out, only to be told my account is locked and will he closed in 30 days. Had to wait 1 week to receive my money, I had to fill multiple forms and then was I allowed the money back. Worst bank ever
