App won’t load
I open the app and it just has a loading circle. It is up to date. Can’t see my super balance, thanks
Terrible app
Cannot sign in, requiring a form of security I’ve never even heard of before. Honestly thinking of switching super, shouldn’t be this hard being able to view my own funds
Rest app
Absolutely useless app, it signed me out and I can’t access the app anymore. I have tried a myriad of ways to reset my password but it doesn’t accept the new password and I get locked out. I much prefer the old app.
Still can’t use it 2026
Hesitant to use passkeys but it’s a great app. Tried to setup Authenticator in iOS and no luck, rest app would work with it. Relunctantly signed in to Google Chrome, setup passkeys, added a passkey.
Tried to login and got an error “Unable to meet the authentication requirements imposed by acr_values parameter.” REST, I don’t know what values you set or why it doesn’t work but if you value your members you’ll get this fixed and expand your troubleshooting faq’s!!

“PASSKEY BARRIER”
App worked fine for years on my iPhone, quick & easy to see super and balance. Now the app upgraded security features, there’s no way to bypass the “add a passkey” option. The app says to “log into your chrome” and then nothing. Cannot use the app to login anymore. Many users have made complaints. Still no fix. I understand upgrading security, but this is a technical issue on RESTS side. Would gladly add Face ID if possible. All my other apps use it. Please hurry up and fix the issue!

Can’t use a passkey due to security requirements, you need to provide an alternative option.
Absolute Garbage
The audacity of this organisation to stop us from logging into our account. The app is absolute garbage. I can’t log in from the app. I don’t even know where the money is. Called them, they can’t help us or give us any info. I am leaving this super ASAP, and you should too. I can’t believe I am with them for the last 17 years. Disgusting.

Won’t let me login
Won’t let me login without forcing me to make a passkey. I’m not going to make one. Perhaps I need to join a super that I can access without this hassle

I can’t reverify
I wanted to make a contribution and the app now needs me to reverify and I CANT. I don’t have to option to even allow this to use Face ID I don’t under what’s going on with this app after the upgrade for more security. And I think it’s dumb on the website you can’t do contribution by bank transfer or direct debit. Only BPAY??? I don’t want to deal with BPAY even commsec doesn’t do bpay anymore

Notifications are broken
Can’t change notification settings, and they don’t work anyway. Needs to be fixed

It’s suddenly decided to not let me log in. iPhone 13 with latest iOS.
New update breaks login
I can’t even log in now, yep you’ve made it so secure I can’t use my member number or even an email or phone number to verify it’s me. I can’t log in now without magically using another device I don’t have to verify it’s me….thanks!
App not working!
I spoke with team members several times to fix the app, after months still not working! Very disappointed!
App changes
The app use to be easy to use. Now they have made it impossible to login into with too much security required. A simple passcode was easy. Now it’s a complete waste of time.
No longer loads
Weirdly since the war in Iran began the app no longer loads for me. Making it hard to see how far my super has fallen during this time
Software update
Can you please continue service for iPhone system below IOS 16? Not everyone can update their phone for example elderly or a cheaper phone. If you can fix that that’ll be great thanks.
Passkey Update
I have been a happy user of the REST app due to it’s simplicity and ease of use. However, in the recent update the app has added a new passkey feature that intends to add more security to the platform. However, it’s mandatory and my phone is not accepting it. Hence, since this feature came out, I have been logged out of my app. I am not happy with this feature and I tried alternate methods to login. Nothing seems to work.

Forced passkey implementation
Not a fan of having to setup a passkey, I already practice good password / 2fa management. I don’t want to remember about which app I used on what device to login to a online service and if I don’t have access to a device with a passkey on it I won’t be able to login. I understand it is more secure than passwords / 2fa but I don’t want to touch it till passkeys have been implemented better and more options to store passkeys.

Used to be good
I used to like the app, but after the recent update I am no longer able to access it and even after contacting REST and being told that yes, there appears to be an issue, it is STILL not fixed over a week later. NOT IMPRESSED!
*Update* - now considering laving REST and joining a fund with a functioning app. C’mon REST - you KNOW there is an issue- FIX IT!
Update: never mind, I have now left REST and the app for my new fund works just fine 😊
