Non existent customer service
Update: The developer did refund the duplicate subscription, and I appreciate that. However, I don’t think it’s fair to describe me as “impatient.” I called the listed phone number because I had a billing concern, but it went straight to voicemail with no recording or message indicating that support was handled exclusively through email. Had that been communicated, I would have contacted them that way from the beginning.
As a meditation, mindfulness, and forgiveness app, I had hoped the public response would reflect those same values. While I’m grateful the issue was resolved, I believe customer communication could have been handled with more empathy and understanding.
Customers service is nonexistent. I’ve been contacting trying to contact them today. Nothing they even charge me even though I already canceled the subscription.

We responded to your email within 8 hours and resolved the issue immediately, which was due to the user signing up for double subscriptions. Just noting it here that the customer was impatient because they tried to call, but we clearly state that our support works through email and our website support form only. Thank you!
Great app!
This app is really transformative. The guided meditations and affirmations really helped me destress. I really love the sleep playlists, it really does help me deep sleep. I also really enjoy unlocking my universe with session streaks. I always looks forward to them. I definitely this app!

I rate this 5/5 because it makes me focus on my spiritual journey and my mental health, deleting all of my social media to be on this app more made me a better happier person.

Part of my daily routine!
I am doing the 14 day free trial, but I already know I’m going to keep my subscription. I loved her podcast, and this app is even better. I love the daily meditations, and it’s already become a morning routine for me.
The one thing I will say is (and it could be my phone because it’s an older phone) but the app will just close in the middle of a mediation. It doesn’t always happen, but sometimes. Not sure if it’s a glitch or my phone, but besides that, love it!
Her voice is so calming, and the meditations are grounding and healing!
I know there’s many different people out there with mediation apps, but I believe if you make a connection with one of those people/ apps, if their mediations inspire you, you should stick with them. Your body is telling you something.

Videos stop randomly
It’s beautifully designed but whenever l want to listen affirmations, or anything, it stops playing for no reason. And when l go back to app, and click to continue playing, it starts over. This has been consistent issue for me, and l hope it gets resolved soon.

Lavendaire never does me wrong!
I’ve been subscribed to Lavendaire’s YouTube for more than 10yrs. I would always open up her guided affirmations and listen to them right on YouTube. So when she came out with the app it was a no brainer. Her voice is so calming and relaxing. Also the affirmations have been working really well for me, as someone who deals with a lot of self doubt and anxiety it’s really helpful to reframe my thought patterns. I highly recommend this app!

Amazing app
I have always loved Aileen’s meditations and guided affirmations on her YouTube channel. This app takes it a step further and offers sound baths and so many different resources for taking care of my mental health. I am so amazed with the high quality of content and resources that I found. I highly recommend this app.

I am doing the 14 day trail and I love it already. Definitely will be my new app for meditation and affirmation. As someone who has used the calm app for years this app really is amazing. 10/10 highly recommend.
Good but way too expensive
I really love this app. It really works, but the price is literally insane. Compared to many other big meditation and affirmation apps, this price is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I wish it could be more cheaper. At least, same as other apps in the same categories….
Love Lavendaire But
I really love Lavendaire but the cost of the app vs the amount of content just doesn’t make sense.
Deeply healing .. the app I didn’t know I needed
Aileen has really outdone herself with this app. I remember when she first mentioned the idea, and I was a bit skeptical. I can tell you now, this app is amazing. Music truly does have healing power, but after listening to this after stressful work shifts in customer service environments, and a morning when I felt scattered and anxious, I can tell you that it WORKS. I’ve actually been daydreaming about how good this app is, while I’m working, and I’m always happy to go back to it. Thank you Aileen and team!

Everything is amazing! (except $$$)
Was so excited for this launch and signed up early! Got the first 30 days free and I absolutely LOVE the app. There are so many listening options & I think would be a really good one stop listening place for me. I love that there’s everything you could ever need in a mediation, affirmation, listening practice! Simple to navigate & all in one place. It’s also really beautiful & the audios are amazing quality.
Just really hard to justify paying over $100 for a year when there are so many places similar audios are free. I don’t know if I would pay more than $40-70 a year to be honest. The app itself is phenomenal, really well made, easy to use, whoever worked on developing it did a phenomenal job!
In essence, I LOVE the app! It’s genuinely a pretty perfect app, all things considered. Just WOW not sure if I can justify the cost! Considered lowering my rating because of the price, but someone else might be willing to pay that & I wouldn’t want someone that can afford it to pass up a really well made, valuable app.
I really want to talk about how great the app is but I keep being brought back to the cost! If you can afford it, it is MORE than worth it! & I think based on the time recording the audios, scripting, programming the app, designing the brand, is definitely worth over $100 a year. Need more to evaluate
It’s a nice looking app but there’s just not enough free content for me to decide if I want to commit to the pretty hefty cost of this app. There are a lot of similar apps that are a fraction of the price or completely free. Not a fan of the free trial approach either as I like to know what I’m getting before I give up my data.
