Confusing and inconsistent
This app needs to be redone. It is consistently inconsistent and confusing, hard to read, and the host cannot modify what the host should be able to modify from a phone… Yet the host can modify things that they should not be able to modify. Very frustrating from the user end.
Great software app out there
Resort cleaning has been used by our company for roughly 5 years now! It is simply the best software out there and we highly recommend for more to use!!!

Use of app
When we originally started using this app, it was amazing. In the last six months with the “upgrades“ that they have made to the app it has been a nightmare for my company. There continue to be associated with it. The support people are working these issues but it’s been a pain.
Resort Cleaning
We started working with Resort Cleaning last year and they’ve lived up to all of our expectations! We are very satisfied, and look forward to many more years of a wonderful partnership together.
This app changed everything for us!
I love using this app. My cleaners enjoy how it integrates into their mapping apps for directions and the app itself is easy to use and navigate for them. I personally love the way I can invoice and do payroll so easily from the website and the report an issue function keeps my owners and property managers in the loop without all the extra messaging back and forth. There have been some glitches here and there but the the back office has been incredibly helpful in solving any and all of my problems thus far. I have been using the app since May of this year and I would not have been able to grow my business this much with the processes I was using prior. It has truly streamlined my processes and taken so much off my plate which has allowed me to work with more clients and take on more properties and cleaners! I have an amazing contact (Sharon) who has helped me through any question on if anything I am trying to complete is supported and she is always so incredibly helpful leading me in the right direction or showing me workarounds! 10 out of 10 recommend resort cleaning if you are a cleaning manager!

We increased our YOY revenue and productivity by over 30% by onboarding with RC. We have used Breezeway and Properly. Neither come close to the offerings and value. Most importantly, we have a relationship with the US-based reps here and many of our suggestions have been implemented bc they LISTEN. Key points:
- fully integrated bookings, cleaning (and other services like supply drops etc) appts
- real time status of appts
- QBO, payment processing and every PMS you could want integrated
- checklists, required photos in every appt
- accountability for our company, staff, clients (completed jobs and info are right in the app)
- cuts down on over-communication
- grading system for inspectors
- mobile app and desktop view are WAY more advanced than other programs
If you read the Feb/Mar 2023 reviews, those are based on people’s lack of patience while RC upgraded their platform. RC updates almost weekly so if you’re not taking the time to read Danny’s updates then…you’re not growing with the technology.
RC is best suited for biz owners who are serious about growth through technology. They’re not just handing you a nicely wrapped package to plug and play. RC is more of a toolbox to build out a more efficient, professional, well-oiled machine that takes time and work (depending on size if your biz). Anything worth having is worth working for.

Game changer!
This service has been a game changer for us. RC makes it easy to schedule, bill and also keep clients in the know. As a business owner this takes away a lot of headaches and time spent on admin duties, so we can focus on more important things. My team loves this compared to the old service/app we used to be with.

Loving the new app! Was frustrated at first but quickly figured out it was user era not a ResortCleaning era. Keep up the good work!
Huge improvement
Much faster than it used to be. Our Housekeepers love the app and find it easy to use.
After update
I have been using Resort Cleaning for 3 yrs now & I can honestly say this update was the worst thing that was done. My company has grown significantly over the years and this software simply does NOT do what it’s supposed. It’s more difficult to navigate, more glitchy, appointments are being missed on almost a Dailey basis. Also one of the founders of Resort personally called me to explain even though the software no longer works correctly, he was indeed sending out invoices for services that DO NOT WORK. It was a sad but an easy choice for myself & my company to switch software providers. Reliability & Responsibility is everything in business!!!

New Update
Loving the new update. Easier to navigate and what the app versus website offered is more in sync.
After update, application doesn’t work at all
Company completely terminated the original application which was a terrible idea from a transition standpoint, they should have allowed access from both versions of the app for a period of time before killing the original version.
I had to reset my password to log into the new app, old password was not honored. Had to force close the app after logging in and then launch again. Once I’m in the app, it’s unusable, clicking on anything does not respond. It also does not show all my cleanings scheduled.
