Horrible experience
Since they become resound, they’re horrible. They won’t help you anymore. They don’t care they basically tell you well we’re sorry you need help but we can’t do anything for you cause your account is not old enough to do anything with. We know you’ve got an address on file to send things too, but we don’t send anything until you’re at least 30 days into it. Well the damn company’s not even 30 days old. Unfriendly unhelpful uncaring bank.

Chip on card issues repeatedly
CFCU has gone above and beyond for me having dealt with them during a certain set of circumstances that I was going through. I can’t say enough good things.
I want a card with my picture on it for heightened security purposes. I wish you would consider that option Thanks so much.
All things considered I guess my gripe that I have is small, but every three months I need to drive to Hendersonville to get a new card due to the chip going bad.
I need another one. It’s going to be my fourth or fifth card. Why does this continue to happen. I’ve talked to other csfcu patrons who have the same issues. Why can’t this permanently be fixed?

It’s Getting Better All The Time
We live 45 minutes from a Cornerstone brick and mortar location, but we do have decent Internet…the online banking seems to be constantly improving…to quote the Beatles,” It’s getting better all the time!”

Review of CFCU app
App works well, although some functions take a bit to figure out where to go, or how to set up a few functions. I can’t remember exactly which function took me too long to figure out (as I’m not technically challenged) but I remember thinking “this should be more user friendly” and a lot quicker to set up.
Now that I’ve used the APP since it came out, I don’t have any issues, but those who don’t use online banking, or do much with their phones, will most likely still have issues knowing where to go, and remembering where to go, so CFCU IT guys/gals may want to tweak a few things over time.
I do feel VERY SECURE on this app though, and that says a lot these days.

Long time Customer
I have had an account here for more than a decade and can tell you that the Customer Service at Cornerstone has never wavered over these many years regardless of the topic. And I am not an easy Customer. I’m pretty old school yet Cornerstone keeps me up to date.

Previous app
Previous app had ability to send full alerts to multiple family members. This is what this app needs back. Had it before but not now.

Great app but, since updated, it’s a pain snapping a pic of the back side of a check for direct deposit. I have to take it several times before it accepts it.

I used to use this app but all the sudden it won’t let me log into my account but it will on their website online. It doesn’t make any sense. Guess i’m sticking to the old fashioned way lol.

This is MAJORLY annoying. Why won’t the app open automatically? For the love of Peter, Paul and Mary bring back the previous system!!

I want a touchless card like a regular bank. I want my picture on the card for better security like some banks do. I would appreciate it if you’d upgrade so that we can enjoy the same amenities as a bank. Thank you.
