Always busted
There’s always something wrong with this app, the servers are down then next it says “failed to update settings”, every issue you can muster is on this app, it makes even viewing my bank account frustrating
Good bank bad app
It constantly tells me that there is either a network error, or that I’m locked out and have to reset my password if i don’t want to wait. Very infuriating, as i love the bank but just wish the app would work properly.

Not easy to transfer money to other accounts. Little confusing unless someone shows you how it works. Honestly it was better before the app got reworked
App not working
Every time I try to login, it doesn’t give me a code as in a phone call or a text message so I can login to my checking and savings account this has been going on for four weeks and nobody at the bank in North Tonawanda can help me
Great (when it works)
A fine app when it works the way it’s intended to but about once a week it will decide it’s done operating normally. Can’t stand when I’m trying to see how much is in my bank account and it just says “network error” for the entire day. Love CCFCU as a bank, despise this app
