Horrible interface
Every time they try and update the app it’s filled with bugs and does not understand when I leave a work zone. Not to mention the horrible ability to log hours manually you have to scroll through all the sites. Very, very un user-friendly. It feels like the app is glitching all the time.
There are so many things that they could do to make this happen more user-friendly
Away mode only the last 24 hours, which is silly and I don’t think a reminder should have to be placed in your phone.

Not functional since update
As title says, program no longer functions since update (~July 2025). Open the app to the login screen which doesn’t respond to touch input, so cannot even type in login information. Worked fine for several years prior in tracking my hours at our institution’s facilities. Further, most in my program who previously relied on the program have a similar problem. This is on a fully updated iPhone.

Horrible update
The new update is a downgrade. It is so much less efficient to correct hours and often freezes and crashes. Very disappointed in the new ResQ.

Love the new update! It has made tracking my hours so much easier and it has become a necessity for me!
Great Upgrade
Really liking the new update. User interface has improved and really clean software, no bugs. ResQ is an essential tool for keeping track of my hours.
