Worst app I’ve ever used
Garbage
Whatever happened in their new update the app is turned into absolute garbage. When you get to the cart, you can’t click on proceed to check out with your cart. I guess we’ll never use restaurant connection again.
TERRIBLE
After waiting 1.5 hours, my order disappeared! Customer service was not helpful at all and told me to place another order and wait another HOUR AND A HALF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And they charged my credit card! For nothing! Scam!
Disrespectful
We ordered from a restaurant via Restaurant Connection. Not only did they charge a $18 delivery fee and $10 service fee. They (Ralph) had the audacity to call and ask us to tip the driver “so that we can deliver your food”. I always tip cash so that 100% of it can go to the person it is intended for. But since when is the possibility of a delivery contingent on the amount that is tipped? Terrible business practice. We will never use this app again and I strongly urge everyone to refrain from using it if possible.
