Advanced order taking? Not so simple
I signed up for this service in anticipation of my opening night selling pizzas. I advertised online preorders to customers based on the perceived abilities of this app and its connected service through GloriaFood. However, there is no organization to the order process once placed by a customer. This app prevents you from viewing any advanced preorders until the time your restaurant opens, meaning you are completely in the dark about your pending orders until the kitchen opens. The result is that all preorders flood in at once, with no priority, ability to restrict orders placed for the same time slot, or even to mark them as completed once fulfilled by the kitchen. Additionally, customers looking to place an advanced order for pickup outside of dine in hours are met with a red warning banner indicating the restaurant is not open for dine in, leading customers to believe they cannot place orders and resulting in a loss of sales. And of course, technical support was no help with any of my concerns (which I raised in advance) and would not provide a refund. I would have been better off having customers text me their order than use this disorganized app. Buyer beware.

Excellent App
I'm a web designer and agency owner looking to better serve the needs of my clients. This app is great for those involved in the restaurant business. However a new bread of food service is growing, the personal chef and on this category the food is prepared on a different time table. It would be nice if on the pick up time is also included an option on the customer’s side on when they need the order for. Ex. Calendar in which the chef could accept and coordinate time of delivery.
Also, I had to create a new cuisine for one of my clients and was unable to add a pic to it. When I finished the restaurant set up the top banner was already set to a pizza background. I don’t see where to adjust that top banner to customize it.
Otherwise, highly recommend for the regular restaurant and I love the ease on order receiving and letting the customer know how soon they can pick up or their food will be delivered.

Having problems opening the app today
Been using tHis app for the last few months perfectly, all of a sudden when I open the app it crashes

We have been using this app for 5 months and we love it. Our customers also love it. Take out has been growing week by week. It is very easy to setup, customize and test before using.
