Terrible app
You have paid nothing free don’t download it it is wasted of time
So Far So Good
This has helped fall asleep and stay asleep. The only addition I would like is downloading to allow offline use. I live in a remote area and internet is intermittent.
Did not like
I did not like the format and cancelled the same evening I downloaded. Now seems to be issue now with them still charging for one year, when it was for one month.

The Best Binaural Sleep App You’ll Find
I downloaded this because I was specifically looking for a good modern made sleep app that was kind of similar to many of the other popular ones but instead had a primary focus on binaural beats because that was the one quality that all of the other major sleep apps lack. They either only have one or two binaural tracks or none at all or they don’t understand what binaural music is and so it doesn’t even seem to have any effect. So I downloaded this app just hoping to have found something different and boy did I ever find something fantastic! There are so many different quality binaural tracks and on top of that you also get gorgeous visuals that are perfect for a person like me with insomnia so bad I sometimes can’t even close my eyes. I won’t pretend it necessarily always is able to make me go to sleep because I have very bad clinical insomnia that has never responded to any kind of treatment but this helps significantly more than anything else does and even when I still can’t sleep this app at least helps me to lay back and at least stay in bed resting for the night instead of getting up and starting on a project or something that goes until 5am so that then once I finally get to sleep there’s only an hour or two before I have to get up. I don’t think I’ve had any nights like that anymore since I downloaded this and that is where this app has been extremely helpful. It is absolutely worth paying for the full version to unlock all the content too or else you’re missing out on all the best parts!
