So Far So Good
This has helped fall asleep and stay asleep. The only addition I would like is downloading to allow offline use. I live in a remote area and internet is intermittent.
Did not like
I did not like the format and cancelled the same evening I downloaded. Now seems to be issue now with them still charging for one year, when it was for one month.

The Best Binaural Sleep App You’ll Find
I downloaded this because I was specifically looking for a good modern made sleep app that was kind of similar to many of the other popular ones but instead had a primary focus on binaural beats because that was the one quality that all of the other major sleep apps lack. They either only have one or two binaural tracks or none at all or they don’t understand what binaural music is and so it doesn’t even seem to have any effect. So I downloaded this app just hoping to have found something different and boy did I ever find something fantastic! There are so many different quality binaural tracks and on top of that you also get gorgeous visuals that are perfect for a person like me with insomnia so bad I sometimes can’t even close my eyes. I won’t pretend it necessarily always is able to make me go to sleep because I have very bad clinical insomnia that has never responded to any kind of treatment but this helps significantly more than anything else does and even when I still can’t sleep this app at least helps me to lay back and at least stay in bed resting for the night instead of getting up and starting on a project or something that goes until 5am so that then once I finally get to sleep there’s only an hour or two before I have to get up. I don’t think I’ve had any nights like that anymore since I downloaded this and that is where this app has been extremely helpful. It is absolutely worth paying for the full version to unlock all the content too or else you’re missing out on all the best parts!

I have been using this application for several years. I have problems with sleep, sleep and you. Waking up once I finally fell asleep. This has helped me a lot. I also use an electric nap, it works great!
A good night's sleep
This app helps me fall asleep fast. I can take a nap when needed and I feel rested, (like the voice tells you lol) even if I only have half an hour. I wish everyone the same benefit.
App for nap
/ After struggling to take naps at home, I was shocked to have an app that helped me fall asleep while on the plane. Since then, I've liked all of your content library and felt motivated to say "thank you" for helping me sleep.

Although I like the app after using it once, it would be too expensive to keep using it. I could buy a top-of-the-line audio machine for the cost of an extra 1 year and carry it until it is gone. Sorry but I can't afford this app.
The best app for getting you to sleep
Restflix is the kind of no click app that actually does exactly everything it says and exactly how it says it. Restflix helps me fall asleep quickly and comfortably. It tells me to go to sleep and I immediately sleep as soon as I turn it on. If you have trouble sleeping, this is the app to use. Restflix is the way to go.

This app is one of the champions on my iPhone. Ever since I installed it in 2009, I've used it to relieve myself while doing my dissertation, in times of stress and when the world around me is overwhelmed. Very useful
I was having trouble going to bed like a light sleeper, so I turned on only one sound I wanted (I used to use the ocean wave sound when the talk setting was off) and then let it plays for 1.5 hours before shutting down. automatic. This way, I don't have to worry about sleeping over my morning alarm. All of those nature sounds are really great! Easy to use!
