About

Forty percent of urban physical capacity sits idle at any moment — garages with empty bays, offices dark after 6 PM, driveways with no car in them. Restspace turns that dead inventory into live infrastructure you can request on demand. Tell us what you need: "I need a quiet place to nap between flights." "I need a car for a weekend road trip." "I need a desk with fast Wi-Fi for three hours." "I need somewhere to stash boxes while I move apartments." Our AI interprets your intent and allocates capacity across eight spatial utilities: REST — Nap pods, private rooms, daybeds WORK — Desks, offices, conference rooms VEHICLES — Cars, trucks, vans — rent by the hour or day STORAGE — Lockers, garages, climate-controlled units FITNESS — Gyms, courts, pools, studios MEETING — Board rooms, event spaces, presentation setups HYGIENE — Showers, changing rooms, restrooms SOCIAL — Lounges, patios, rooftops, kitchens One space can serve multiple utilities in a single day. A downtown loft is a coworking desk at 10 AM, a nap room at 2 PM, and an event space at 7 PM. Restspace scores every option on utility fit, proximity, availability, price, and quality — then ranks the best match for you. How it works: 1. Describe what you need in plain language 2. AI allocates matching capacity nearby 3. Book instantly — hourly, daily, or weekly 4. Check in and use the space For operators: List your idle assets — parking spots, spare rooms, vehicles, studios — and let demand find them. Set your own rates, availability windows, and access methods. Restspace is programmable physical infrastructure. One platform, eight utilities, capacity when you need it.

What's New in Restspace

1.1

March 19, 2026

This release improves the core system that powers Restspace. We have upgraded the backend that translates intent into real world coordination, making the platform faster, more stable, and more consistent across different environments. While there are no major visible changes in this version, these improvements are critical to enabling the next set of capabilities, including more dynamic allocation and more responsive interactions with space. Also included: • Performance improvements and lower latency • Increased reliability across requests • Bug fixes and system optimizations Restspace is evolving into a new interface for the physical world. This update strengthens the foundation that makes that possible.
