CT lottery App is terrible
The new unimproved app does not have a free scanning option, why did developers think ur was not valuable? Also, we do not spell favorite with a “u”.
New lottery app
The new app is horrible. It can’t scan your tickets now without downloading a separate app that doesn’t work well and a lot of times when I go to the news part of the app it doesn’t work. It just keeps spinning even though everything else downloads and comes up just fine
What happened to the scanning app?
This is how we check our tickets. There has been times that I have made a mistake and it has caught us that we actually won. S CD why is it no longer on the app? This is crazy.
Boooo no scan option
Deleting the app, downloaded it with the hopes of being able to scan tickets as I read on the website. Apparently they took it out. Not worth the memory space bu-bye
No scan option- No point
Add a scan option that doesn’t feel like a shady 3rd party app and I’ll re-download otherwise pointless app tbh. Plus the current interface of this whole app just looks not nice. Promptly deleting.
Bring back the old app
The new app is difficult,I prefer the old app with the scan option

Why is being able to scan your tickets no longer available? That was the main reason that I downloaded the previous app. The previous app was great. Is that why it was discontinued?
Awful “upgrade”
I’m guessing this is not the new official CT app as it’s awful. No scan option so we no longer play scratch cards. Saved so much money.

Thank you for convincing me to save my money on lotto tickets. The old app was so convenient that I would always grab some when I got gas, but this ad-riddled mess that removed features from the old app tells me I shouldn’t bother.

No Scan Option for Scratch Tickets
Disappointing that the scan feature is no longer part of this new app. I probably won’t by any scratch tickets going forward until this feature returns.

Horrible
This new app is horrible! This is someone trying to reinvent the wheel and they’re horrible job. The old app worked fine. You were able to scan and easily work your way around the app define what you need it. This new app is just not great at all. I don’t even know what to say. a
No scan option? Not for me.
I’m not in any way a conspiracy theorist but, with the removal of the scanning ticket option, I could see the state urging people to get their tickets scanned at retailers with the hopes that they’ll buy more tickets while they’re there.

This app is the worst The old ct lottery app was very user friendly. The isn’t even a U.S developer, as the word favorite is spelled with a u which makes it from Europe. I’ll check my tickets at the stores nit this apo

STILL NOT WORKING! Is this crappy program ever going to work? How long is this going to take to fix?
This software update is not working like it should. Games don’t load up correctly, phone scanner does not work, store scanner does not work. If I updated software at my job like this I would have been fired.
Dumbest state lottery app ever!
What a waste of time and money invested in building this app! All I want to do is to scan my scratch offs to see the results and they can’t even do it right!
