Starts like anything else great and helpful then it asks for a small price to create the resume you spent for ever making then it continuously try’s charging you 30 dollers and the app won’t let you open it and cancel

Looked cool, good reviews so I downloaded. Much like other reviews, it loaded the first time fine. Any time after, it just stays on the loading page or shows ads for other AI resume builders lol. Don’t waste your time

I saw the 4.3 stars and 26 reviews, liked the templates, and thought thought the layout looked great, so I wanted to give this small business app a try… unfortunately, right after creating a profile, the app closed itself, and now every time I open it, it just stays on the first loading screen and never loads no matter how long I wait… sometimes it displays ads instead, with the option to continue to the app, but when you click continue to the app, it doesn’t take you anywhere. Disappointed bc I wanted to like it…

Awful
The first day I downloaded this app I spent over an hour creating a free resume. Any single second you close out of the app to copy over information and go back in. It brings you to an ad. Once I finally got through all of the tabs to upload my information and selected create résumé it spins and spins, and then errors out saying résumé not created. The day after I finished creating all of my information into the app, the app won’t even open anymore. When I try to open the app, it just sits on the opening page with the app icon and doesn’t go into it any further. So far this app has been a complete waste of time which is disappointing because I really liked the template.

Fraud app
Worst app in the appstore. Do you even know how to make cv?? Your education spelling is wrong in your format!! Shame on youu..for making such a fraud app!! You should give me compensation for wasting my time
Deceptive Refund Policy
Resume.io’s refund policy is misleading. They claim a 7-day refund guarantee, but what they don't tell you is that this period starts from the moment you sign up, not when you're actually charged.
I was charged after the trial period ended, and when I requested a refund the next day, they denied it, citing their 7-day policy. This is unfair and deceptive.
Unless you're aware of this loophole, you'll end up losing money. I advise caution when dealing with resume.io
