Resupply Driver is the app for running donation pickups from start to finish. It's built for charity drivers, Resupply contract drivers, and partner teams who manage their own routes. Plan your day, follow your stops, update each pickup in real time, and keep donations moving to where they need to go. Built so working drivers and dispatch teams spend less time tapping and more time on the road, with live status that keeps your team and your donors in the loop. Plan Your Day View your routes at a glance for fast pickup scheduling and route planning. Charity drivers see their AM and PM routes as cards with live job, stop, and remaining stop counts. Pick your assigned truck and date. Your default vehicle is selected for you and remembered between sessions. Find Every Stop Open driving directions to your next stop in your own maps app, or copy the pickup address with a tap. See all your stops on a full-screen interactive map with a drag-up stop list. Collapse it for the map, pull it up for the full route, and track start and end stops plus per-stop status dots, so you always know what's done and what's next. Update Pickups in Real Time Move each pickup through its lifecycle right from the app: Head Out, Arrived, Mark Complete. Every status change is confirmed before it sends, so nothing fires by accident and your team and donor stay informed at each step. While you're en route, background location lets the donor see you approaching. Stay Connected Call the donor with a tap-to-call confirmation, or reach your charity and store contacts the same way. File a pickup report with a description and up to six photos, and edit it later if anything changes. Take and attach photos of items as you load up for clear proof of pickup, on the spot. Built for Every Kind of Pickup One app, flexible to how you work: - Charity drivers run donation routes for their charity across the Resupply network. Head out, arrive, complete, call donors, and file photo reports. - Resupply contract drivers handle assigned jobs from start to finish. Accept or decline with a reason, request a reschedule on eligible future pickups, and get live chat support plus the Help Center from Resupply. - Partner organizations run their own pickups. Work a pending queue with live countdowns for when each job expires, accept or decline inline, assign or change the truck, and choose the drop-off store from a map and daily schedule. For paid pickups, partners can quote the job and accept payment right in the app. Quotes adjust on the fly and handle sponsored-donation discounts, always showing the correct total the donor is charged. Collect through donor payment options: send a payment link, show an on-screen QR code for the donor to scan, resend the link by SMS, copy the link, record an offline cash or check payment, or request a manual charge by Resupply. Completed donations also show any Extra Miles add-on items.
