Fun with Abe and AI
I have been enjoying this app in the beta test stage and I’m very excited that other people are going to get a chance to try it too. It immediately gives you a chance to rate where you are on the emotional guidance scale, and then uses AI to coach you up to higher level levels. It provides Feedback and is fun to play with.

I love that you’re using the Coach and the emotional guidance scale together and actually feeling the shift in real time — that’s exactly what I hoped these pocket ‘energy games’ would do.
