AWFUL!
So many glitches! So many times my appointments will say they are verified and have synced, yet they do not reflect. I can’t even login on my phone or the browser, but it lets me in only on the app through the iPad. Make it make sense! This app was clearly prematurely rolled out with SO MANY technical errors! Would NEVER recommend ANY ABA company use this app! Ever!

Glitchy, slow, problematic
Rethink is a problematic app and data management software. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
It’s slow, labor intensive and time consuming for the BCBAs. It’s expensive, snd requires significant additional resources and manpower from the administrators. Rethink is frustrating to use, it’s redundant and disorganized.
There are so many better platforms to use, there’s never a good reason to go with the most problematic and least efficient one out there.

ABA nightmare
This app is very frustrating and bogus. There should be a team working to develop this app into what it should be. This app will delete your sessions note and have your company reaching out for you to write an another session note based off a session from 2 weeks ago. Verification and Syncs are so iffy, this app is such a nightmare. The 1 star is because it’s easier to track data on the app versus the website.

Need improvement
Sometimes when the clients change or reschedule the time, it doesn’t sync over to the app. No matter how many times I logged out or uninstalled, it doesn’t help.
Do better
It’s 2025, the app works like it was made 10 years ago. It’s easier & convenient to take data on the app but it barely works. Love the job but the app truly makes it hard somedays. It needs a huge update immediately
Landscape mode not available
This desperately needs to be updated so that it works in landscape mode when using an IPad. I’m mad that my $200 Magic Keyboard is useless in this app because it won’t turn into landscape mode. The year is 2024, this seems like it should be obvious.

Unfortunately my job has tied payroll to this app. So if it decides to malfunction don’t expect to get paid on time

App doesn't work. We tried getting help and they said to just use the computer - which does work. Might want to consider fixing your app if you're going to use one...

Logged you out
When signing on. It login u back out saying someone has logged into your account. Pls fix this how we take our data for clients. Their is always issues. It slows and isn’t fast at all

The app looks like it was made in the 15th century, there's so many features that could enhance it. Also come on, it's 2023 and no dark mode?
By far the worst app to use in ABA
I've been in this field for a long time. I've come across almost every data collection too you can think of from catalyst to central reach to biptrack. However, this is by far the worst app to use. It constantly freezes, rarely updates with correct information, you can't get paid reliably from this app because it's almost never correct. Catalyst was the best! This is horrible!

Worst app on my phone
This app works correctly about 25% of the time which is a major problem considering I need it for work. Won’t load, won’t sync, can’t verify, crashes, errors left in right. This is just a garbage app and the fact people need it to get paid is even more ridiculous
Horrible app
I’m constantly losing my session notes and having them permanently deleted as well as my verified sessions, it’s a nightmare. I have to rewrite everything and once I have to rewrite my notes, it’s not as accurate of that session as I’m going based off of memory. Delaying my present day session because I have to refill everything out for previous ones has become a weekly struggle.

It’s a HORRIBLE APP
Let me just say, the app is completely horrible. It’ll load slow. My appointments won’t show on the app. Clocking in and clocking out will be delayed and verifications will be delayed because the app will start to mess up and act as if there’s no current appointment. It’s a horrible app and I hope they do something about it soon.

The worst app aver… Not worth even a one star
I hate RethinkBH and the fact I have to use it in my work… Doesn’t update or refresh on time and absolutely horrible… plus total dependence on supervisors… as a tech you can’t do nothing..
Very Inconvenient
This new April update they added a timeout to the sessions. This is not helpful while taking duration data or simply for running a session in general. Also, there are many issues with the organization of the app. It is not ADHD friendly (in my case) to have to scroll up and down trying to find what programs I did or did not run yet. You guys should add more features to tweak the order of the programs to make the sessions more understandable.

Signed out often
I need to take data continuously and I keep getting signed out often.
Keeps logging out.
After the update the app keeps logging people out. Very annoying.
