Sehr gute App

Ich finde die App sehr gut aufgebaut und auch sehr gut strukturiert. Man könnte ja vielleicht noch eine protokollierungs Funktion intrigierten wo man z.b. die SpO2 oder atemfrequenz alles eintragen kann und auch die Angaben des Patienten für z.b. das Semplers Schema.

RetterTool ist eine sehr gute App, für alle, die aktiv in Medizinischen Bereichen sind. Es sind alle Merkhilfen sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und hat mir dadurch schon oft in Notfallsituationen sehr weitergeholfen.

Perfusorrechner

Ganz brauchbare App. Aber, beim Perfusorrechner würde ich mir die Dosierung in µg/kgKG/min noch wünschen. Eine international etablierte Dokumentation zur innerklinischen Dosierung von Katecholaminen.

Nützlich, dennoch….

Eine sehr nützliche App, dennoch fehlen Schema, wie APGAR, ein Beurteilungsdreieck für pädiatrische Einsätze. Gerne zahle ich dafür monatlich.
Eine Sache ist mir jedoch aufgefallen, welche zu falschen Verdachtsdiagnosen führen kann. Das abtasten des Bauches vor der Auskultation kann zu falschen Schlüssen führen (IPAPF)
