The lake is something you tend now, not only something you swim through. Four hands-on ways to help a reach of the basin: cool the water, slow the flow off the farms, put shade back on the bank, and open a side channel. What you do to a reach changes what the c'waam meet when they swim it afterward, so the tending and the swimming are the same story. A journal that keeps what each cohort did, so you can look back at the basin you built rather than starting over blind. A For Grown-Ups page.
