Salmon Run: Fish Survival
Swim upstream, survive, spawn

What's New in Salmon Run
1.2.0

The salmon swims like a salmon now. Its tail was flicking at the same hard tempo whether the fish was fighting up a riffle or just holding its line, which reads as a buzz instead of a swim. My sons caught it before I did. The tail now settles into a slow glide when you hold steady and opens back up when you cut across the current. The rest of this update is the work that had been sitting half-finished for a while: A family line. Each salmon carries a family name that stays with you across generations, so a long lineage feels like one story instead of separate runs. Painted predators — bear, eagle, heron, kingfisher, merganser, otter, the boat and the net — in place of the old flat shapes, and a scene for each way a run can end. A For Grown-Ups page behind a parental gate, plus Settings and Credits. Sound for the dodges, the snags, and the fade. More in the learning layer: the lifecycle activities, first foods, and what happens to a river when the dams come down. Still one price, paid once. No ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking.
