Each Reunion is a structured self-check-in that supports emotional awareness, body consciousness, and inner balance. Reunion Sessions include: • Energy level check-ins (1–10 scale) • Emotional awareness with 200+ categorized feelings • Body consciousness visualization (front & back body areas) • Chakra awareness across the 7 main chakras • Ancestral reflection (4–11+ generations, male & female lines) • Inner child exploration (from womb to adulthood) • Twin / multiple connection awareness Journaling & Reflection After completing a Reunion session, you can optionally add: • Written notes • Photo attachments • Voice recordings (audio diary) Your Journey, Your Privacy Review a clear summary of your answers at the end of each session.
