NEW — Portfolios Finishing a revalidation cycle used to reset your progress to zero, which felt like the app had thrown three years of work away. It never had — but nothing on screen said so. Now, marking a cycle complete creates a portfolio. It gets a name (yours to change), the dates it covered, and a red SUBMITTED stamp. It stays in the app, and it stays editable — because people do spot a typo weeks later, and a verification request can arrive months after that. Anything you change after submitting is dated, so the record still says what it did on the day. Your progress starts fresh for the new cycle. Entries dated after your old due date move across with you, so if you log all year round your recent work isn't stranded in a closed portfolio. And if you tapped it by accident, you have seven days to undo. Older evidence is still in your lists, marked with the portfolio it belongs to, so you can always see which cycle a piece of work counted toward. ALSO NEW Declarations. Record your health and character declaration, your indemnity arrangement, and who confirmed you and when. It's your own record — nothing is sent to anyone from here. Exports know which portfolio they're for. A submitted portfolio exports with its SUBMITTED mark and its declarations included. Live updates. Feedback from a colleague appears as soon as they send it, without pulling to refresh. Pro unlocks straight after purchase. FIXED Your revalidation due date now saves when you change it in Profile, instead of appearing to revert. The progress tracker now counts only the cycle you're working on, so a new cycle genuinely starts at zero.
