Hi, we can't disable the call forwarding ourselves but if you tap Stop Service in the MaskOff settings menu, it'll give you the right code to dial. Otherwise, please email us at support@maskoff.com and let us know which carrier you use - we'll give you the right code!

Beat money ever spent

We were getting Harrasing No Caller ID calls for months and it felt so good finding out the ID of the called and confronting them! We were able to get the police involved and the calls completely stopped!!

Great product - excellent customer service

The actual service was good and easy to install and use. I was able to unmask who had called me 100 times from a blocked number. Once I told them their name and phone number, they stopped immediately.

I had a billing problem after I cancelled my service and the president reached out to me to determine the issue.

If I ever need anything like this service again, this is the one I will use.

Hi, like all apps on the App Store, we can't control or change any billing - this is 100% in Apple's department. For any subscription on iOS, you can cancel it by going to the App Store app -> Profile -> Subscriptions. Then tap the relevant subscription and choose cancel. I'm sorry this happened, and wish you would have got in touch so we could help directly!

Does not work

If you’re looking to use this to unmasked, no caller ID do not buy all it does is give you your call log it does not unmask calls. I’ve spoke with with support they could not help me. Very annoyed that I spent $30 for another call log.

Continued charging after cancelling subscription

The actual service was good and easy to install and use. However, once I ended my subscription, I kept getting charged.

This app is super simple I did a free trial and literally took me like a minute to setup and I tested it and it works. The ui layout is also super simple

Random people will pick up your calls!

Your calls get forwarded to random people. The app has a glitch and when my phone was on do not disturb. I had friends and family tell me that random girls and boys were picking up my phone calls.

The app works

at first I thought it didn’t work but I figured it out and it worked. The only annoying thing is someone kept calling me before I downloaded this app and I thought I could find out who it was from this app but you can’t you can only find out when people call you recentlywhen you downloaded the app overall it’s a good app and it works.
