So hopeful helped me find out who was calling my phone, which I would’ve never thought the person was had I not had this app also I love the fact that when my phone is turned off because it’s dead or whatever reason it will tell me my missed calls and I have an iPhone 15
Scams
If you pay and don’t want to keep subscription it will stop working while your on a paid subscription UNLESS you keep it reoccurring! Which is misleading
Not worth the money
Doesn’t do what it says after a period of time…and there’s no way to actually contact customer service support directly to fix it. It’s terrible
Too Many Problems
Too many times you can’t do a search and lately an ERROR message not enough data. I submitted the issue to Support and they said I exceeded the 10 Free searches per month. I paid $83. on 9 days ago for unlimited searches. Support wanted to see proof I paid the $83 renewal fee to include credit card information. I sent Support a copy of my PayPal receipt with a transaction number. Apparently Trap Call are owned by Robo Killer. After I sent a copy of the receipt 🦗🦗🦗🦗Time to request a full refund via PayPal. Unfortunate. Trap Call used to be a great app.
