So hopeful helped me find out who was calling my phone, which I would’ve never thought the person was had I not had this app also I love the fact that when my phone is turned off because it’s dead or whatever reason it will tell me my missed calls and I have an iPhone 15
Scams
If you pay and don’t want to keep subscription it will stop working while your on a paid subscription UNLESS you keep it reoccurring! Which is misleading
Not worth the money
Doesn’t do what it says after a period of time…and there’s no way to actually contact customer service support directly to fix it. It’s terrible
Too Many Problems
Too many times you can’t do a search and lately an ERROR message not enough data. I submitted the issue to Support and they said I exceeded the 10 Free searches per month. I paid $83. on 9 days ago for unlimited searches. Support wanted to see proof I paid the $83 renewal fee to include credit card information. I sent Support a copy of my PayPal receipt with a transaction number. Apparently Trap Call are owned by Robo Killer. After I sent a copy of the receipt 🦗🦗🦗🦗Time to request a full refund via PayPal. Unfortunate. Trap Call used to be a great app.

Terrible product
Waste of money.. does not work well, very poor customer service, will take your money, no refunds, you get nothing from the product. There are better out there.

I'm costumer for 10 years . Since November still have a bug when it's supposed to be fixed? Big disappointment.

My phone was ringing back-2-back with unrelenting spam calls before I could even finish my test call. They’ve been pouring in ALL DAY since the very second I clicked ‘Start Test Call’
Unsatisfactory
TrapCall used to be so much better. Now after a certain number of searches the app won’t all anymore searches. Or just spins around until you reboot the phone. Sad.
Would love it but…
I like this app. I like that it reveals blocked calls and I love that I can set it to say that my number is disconnected. Found that out after having it for one year. What I don’t like is that I don’t get much info when I look up an unknown number and the location shows the exact area every single time. Doesn’t show the name and location always same. So that’s not very helpful for unknown calls. Other than that it’s a good app.

I downloaded this after I had a weird man calling me on a No Caller ID number at midnight multiple times who knew my name but whose voice I didn’t recognize. Out of fear I downloaded this app and signed up for the free subscription but it never worked. That man continued to call me over and over for 35 minutes on No Caller ID and not once did the app catch or show me the number. I’m afraid that this app is just false advertisement and do not recommend you pay for it. I have an iPhone if that matters.

Logs-Out Constantly !
I purchased 1 yr subscription AND the App Keeps logging Off. AND IT DOES NOT LET ME LOG IN…!
Dont get this app
Very glitchy, they have issues with the call verification where you call it goes straight to voicemail. They make you pay for the subscription before verification and verification is a nightmare that I still havent figured out. Canceling seems such a difficult task, please give me my money...

Glitch
Do not recommend this app at all. It’s a complete glitch and I kept getting the same calls over and over again even after I deleted the app I ended up blocking the numbers, but I canceled my subscription and they still kept calling. It finally stopped. Do not recommend complete waste of money.
