This app has become one of my favorite tools for analyzing housing markets. The home value trends and market statistics are presented in a way that’s easy to understand while still providing meaningful insights. I especially appreciate being able to quickly compare different areas and see how markets have changed over time. Excellent data, Exceptional Service
I have followed Nick and his data analysis since early 2021. This App provides a tremendous amount of data that is easy to use and decipher leading to better decision-making. On top of that I emailed the support team as the link for my annual invoice had expired. I figure it is so late in the evening that I would not receive a response until tomorrow, but less than 10 minutes Elijah from the support team emailed me an invoice. As a small business owner, this is so important to stay on top of invoices for my taxes and accounting. Way to go Reventure team for such a high level of service.

The best app for anyone in RE
I can’t say enough good things about Reventure. My business has completely flipped upside down ever since I’ve started using it, and it’s become an essential tool in the likes of MLS or AI. Being able to keep up on both micro AND macro geographical areas has helped my clients branch out into new markets, while knowing what the long term and short term forecasts look like in local markets. I believe that Reventure is absolutely a must have for any serious RE professional. I simply couldn’t do my job to the best of my abilities without it. I would leave 500 stars if I could.

Great Tool
I have been following the App for the last 12 months. We have been looking to relocate to Florida. Everything forecasted in the app in the area we were looking to move, happened. Additionally, what was forecast about our area up north was also was accurate. All the demographics listed are incredibly useful tools if you are looking to buy a home. Many of the metrics have only been available to realtors in the past. Great app. Well worth the money for the most important investment most people make.

Excellent app for buyers, sellers, and investors
I generally don't pay for apps, but if you want to be truly educated on where the residential real estate market is going today (and where its going tomorrow) then you need this app. Plus its just plain fun to use if you like charts, data, and maps!

The variety of information provided by Reventure App is unparalleled. I love being able to pick my ZIP Code and obtain all the statistics on my home as well as the home I’m hoping to find. I can see trends happening in real time and plan our next move based on actual movement of the market.
