Didn’t receive the phone after 8 days!
This company looks like a professional company but unfortunately doesn’t act like one. When you place the order you get a promise to get the product in 3-5 business days which is more than ample time to deliver the product. I bought a phone on the 20th and today is 28th and they have just shipped the phone today by ground courier shipping so I expected it to be delivered by next week! Adding insult to injury, they have sent me a promo code to use in my next purchase to deduct 100AED and there is already a promo code on the website for all customers deducting the same amount EID100 for everyone to use! Go figure!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The products do not undergo thorough quality checks, and upon returning a faulty item, I did not receive a refund.
