I ordered a MacBook Pro Mid 2015 through their platform and received the wrong model. They promised and confirmed a 120 AED refund on 17/03/2026, but after 25+ days (as of 11/04/2026) the money has still not been refunded.
I have followed up multiple times with messages and emails — complete silence from them. No refund, no response, nothing at all.
This is not just poor customer service; it feels like they take your money and then disappear. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Do NOT buy from Revibe. They will waste your time and keep your money.

Having difficulty to track my order .Since it been there working hour during the week .It been hard to access customer profile.There is no information base on there “internal technical error “.Tried to reach on whatsapp,automatically generated to AI respond bot.
Terrible Customer care
Worst customer care, they deliberately give faulty products when you use discount codes, so you would eventually have to return the product. I order 6 times, 2 times I didn’t add any promo codes and product was as shown, but rest of the 4 times I added discount codes and they gave me products with certain malfunction products. And their customer service says they can’t do anything, and you can go and complain about it legally.
