I ordered a MacBook Pro Mid 2015 through their platform and received the wrong model. They promised and confirmed a 120 AED refund on 17/03/2026, but after 25+ days (as of 11/04/2026) the money has still not been refunded.
I have followed up multiple times with messages and emails — complete silence from them. No refund, no response, nothing at all.
This is not just poor customer service; it feels like they take your money and then disappear. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Do NOT buy from Revibe. They will waste your time and keep your money.

Having difficulty to track my order .Since it been there working hour during the week .It been hard to access customer profile.There is no information base on there “internal technical error “.Tried to reach on whatsapp,automatically generated to AI respond bot.
Terrible Customer care
Worst customer care, they deliberately give faulty products when you use discount codes, so you would eventually have to return the product. I order 6 times, 2 times I didn’t add any promo codes and product was as shown, but rest of the 4 times I added discount codes and they gave me products with certain malfunction products. And their customer service says they can’t do anything, and you can go and complain about it legally.

The returning is very difficult
Their products are not original but it very difficult to do a return, this my first time of buying their product but very disappointed. They need to do more on their return options it very difficult for me to return a phone I bought from them… I have been seeing nice phones on the app but very scared to order any thing from them again. REVIBE you need to do more on your products even if they are home use…at least let them be more presentable and original… I for one I don’t like the experience I had with them at all, it was like nightmare

Dealing with them
A Samsung device was purchased from them, the device does not work, it has been returned, and so far it has not arrived for more than two months, or the response from them is very bad, dealing with them
Disappointed and NOT recommended
Ordered 2 iphones 13 mini from them in excellent condition, the first one had an issue with the screen and the battery. They fixed the screen gap but the battery no issue as they said, sent them the evidence with the phone for the second time and took them 12 days to return it and saying there is no battery issue.

All the products ordered became damage or non working condition

Extremely disappointing experience. I accepted the deduction to cancel my order, but the cancellation failed due to a system error and the order was still delivered. The return request faced multiple system issues, a delay of over 10 days, and is now marked as "invalid claim" without any explanation. Despite several calls, emails, and accepting deductions, the refund has still not been initiated. Very frustrating and unprofessional support. Not recommended to anyone.

Selected a refurbished iphone which was listed “good condition”. It was delivered dead. Return procedure was horrible. Its almost a month into the problem and its bot resolved. Still cant believe the nerve of the conpmay to send a dead phone which apparently “quality checked” by professionals. Horrible, fraud company.

Basic principle failure of app
The app can’t do the most fundamental thing, to keep the currency as selected. Simple thing that made me delete the app.
Do not trust
We have bought an iPhone 14 Pro with an excellent condition, however, we have received a faulty device with front sensor faulty add faulty battery and screen turns off on its on, when we raise the claim, they took the device for two weeks and shipped it back in its same condition, this happened twice, and they are refusing to replace with new device or to refund. Be careful do not buy from them.
