Fraud and Irresponsible Team

I purchased an Iphone 15 pro few months ago and now the phone is not working . all parts of the phone are duplicated, it's not even an iphone . i have already requested return request ( Id : 1450) in your app but there is no response from your side . I am going with legal action against your company and office in Both Dubai and Saudi Arabia . Will fight till end
