كان سابقا ممتاز

اكثر الاغراض لا توصلنا ويقلون انها واصله او في البرنامج يقول انها وصلت وهي العكس وبعض الاحيان الصندوق يوصل مفتوح من قبل الموصل واغراض ناقصه اكثر من 7 توصيلات بنفس المشكلة

ما انصح احد يشتري منهم جيفت كارد شريتها وصارلها اربع ايام ماوصلتني طبعا مايردون على الإيميلات وكلمت الدعم الفني وطبعا محد بينفعك فا نصيحة لاي احد بيشتري جيفت كارد جرب اي موقع ثاني

Dont buy phones from this application

I bought a like new top iphone from cartlow and it stopped working after less than 2 months of usage and when i diagnosed the phone at one of apple stores they said that it’s internally damaged and the system is not working any more and if i need to replace it will cost me 2500 dirhams. I spent more than 3000 dirhams on this phone and didn't last for 2 months. And plus they refused to fix it for me and didnt give me a refund or even partial refund. Save your money and don’t buy from cartlow

POOR POOR POOR customer service

MUSTAFA AND MARK. I have ordered my device 48 hours before the delivery while I was out of the country and the moment I landed I requested them to please have it delivered because the following day we are not home and the devices for my 11yrs old son

I DID PLACE 2 CALLS.

I wanted to pay for urgent delivery, but System didn’t give me an option so this is extremely disappointed to know that they do not care about customers and their requirements

I DID TELL MARK AND MUSTAFA THE SAME AND I OFFERED THEM IF I CAN PAY FOR AN URGENT DELIVERY

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED !!!!!

The worst platform

I don’t recommend Cartlow because the order take like forever to reach and the attitude or the currier is so bad and unprofessional and even when you call Cartlow they will never answer no matter how many times you call.

My advice to not waste your time and money.

The app not working properly

They charge for delivery fees and the shipment took to match time to be delivered. The prices little bit higher than noon and Amazon. Also the app not updated or working properly.
The call center not helping the customer to solve his issue with his order. Not recommended the app

Bad quality

Very bad stuff, makeup came exploded, the foundation pump wasn’t working, lipgloss smelt very bad and poisonous and horrible packaging

Bad device sold to me

I bought a dell laptop from Cartlow and after receiving the product two weeks after it wasn’t turning on again, I took it to fix it, right in front of my when it was opened it’s a bad and adjusted laptop that was sold to me😡😡😡 this is evilness
