Misleading Discounts and Fake Pricing on Cartlow
I had a disappointing experience with Cartlow. One major issue I noticed is misleading pricing on products.
For example, I came across a listing for a Galaxy Note 10 Plus where the original price was shown as AED 8200, with an 80% discount bringing it down to around AED 789. This is extremely misleading. The Galaxy Note 10 Plus was never launched or sold at such a high price point — not even close.
Displaying an inflated “original price” just to show a massive discount creates a false sense of value and misleads customers into thinking they are getting a huge deal, when in reality the comparison itself is inaccurate.
What’s more concerning is that the app claims these products come from “trusted suppliers.” This raises serious questions — which trusted supplier ever priced this phone at AED 8200? It simply doesn’t add up.
Overall, this kind of pricing strategy damages trust. Transparency and honesty are essential for any marketplace, and unfortunately, this experience made me question the credibility of the platform.

No customer support
We require reliable customer support for matters such as returns, cancellations, and general inquiries, but unfortunately, there is no proper assistance available. Even when switching the window briefly to check an order number, the chat gets closed, and there is no response afterward.
Additionally, when we leave our concerns and queries, there is no reply even after 2–3 weeks. I have been a loyal customer of CART LOW, but due to this experience, I am no longer interested and would not recommend it to others.

Not as Promised
I placed this order 8 days ago with a promised delivery time of 3–5 days, but it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted customer service three times, and each time I was given the same assurance, which unfortunately hasn’t been fulfilled.
There’s also no way to track the shipment on the platform, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, and I’m now considering canceling the order.

Total Waste of Money and Time
This is my second time having a terrible experience with this seller. First, they took my full payment for an order and it has been 10 days with no delivery and no updates. Second, when I actually did receive an item previously, they refused to accept a return even though I was well within the return period. They take your money but provide zero service or accountability. Avoid at all costs!

I order an iphone 12 mini and i liked it but can you please improve your delivery date . Coz it’s writing in the apps that you will delivered it 2 to 4 days but I received it almost in 3 weeks . But overall its nice shopping app
Testers are being sold
Such a horrible experience, I ordered three perfumes and I received three testers on which it’s clearly written that they are not for sale and I contacted customer service and after 30 minutes, they said that I will be contacted by some one from their department. I have even emailed the pictures on their email address, which clearly showed that they have sent me perfume testers instead of the original perfume. I should have read the reviews about this application before ordering because all the reviews are negative.

Very Disappointed – Fake Products and Useless Warranty!
I had a terrible experience with Cartlow. I bought a product that was advertised as original and came with a one-year warranty. However, when I tried to claim the warranty, the option had completely disappeared from the app/website!
After contacting support, they took back the product but returned it without fixing the issue. It felt like they just sent the same faulty item back to me. The whole process was frustrating, and their so-called “warranty” is basically useless.
On top of that, I now suspect the product might not even be genuine—it looks and performs nothing like the original.
Would not recommend Cartlow at all. Their customer service is unhelpful, the warranty is misleading, and the products don’t seem authentic. Save your money and buy from a more reliable seller!

I had the worst experience when it comes to returning a product, it has been 10 days since i requested a return and no one came to pickup the items i send emails as a reminder no one replied to the email, In addition to that whenever you call them they will tell you it will take 3-5 working days and then nothing happen. Also when you put something in the cart and you don’t buy it they start calling you to see why you didn’t buy it , which is very weird. Very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers. Personally i wouldn’t buy from the app again.

اكثر الاغراض لا توصلنا ويقلون انها واصله او في البرنامج يقول انها وصلت وهي العكس وبعض الاحيان الصندوق يوصل مفتوح من قبل الموصل واغراض ناقصه اكثر من 7 توصيلات بنفس المشكلة
