Paid money, then app is unable to upload my profile

Downloaded the app. Selected a reviewer. Had to pay before I could upload my profiles. Major red flag. Paid anyways. App is unable to upload the screen recording of my profile. So now I’ve paid the money but the app is clearly not working. This seems like a scam.

Waste of money

The app promises that you’ll hear back from your reviewer within 2 days but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back at all from support let alone the reviewer I paid $30 for. Extremely disappointed. Get better reviewers that actually do stuff in a timely manner.

Since then, we’ve rebuilt RMH to make the process much more transparent. Reviewers now show their expected turnaround time before you choose them, and if a review runs late, you can switch to another available reviewer or receive a full refund directly in the app without waiting for support. Please update to the latest version. If your original order is still unresolved, contact us through the app so we can make this right.
